Loyal Customer Getting Bad Service

Can i please get my contract with Lewis sorted out?? i did not get a chest of drawers and a wardrobe....i only got a wardrobe...how can i pay for something that i did not get??? i spoke to the store manager at the end of june and she ( tumi or Itumeleng) said that on the system it shows that a wardrobe and a chest of drawers was delivered to me and my new contract will be ready on the 6 of July. i call the store this morning to check if my contract is ready ( spoke to portia who promised to call me back and still hasnt ) they tell me shes on leave and will only be back on the 3 of August. Pathethic Service. lastly. can you please stop sending me messages to say i must pay my overdue instalment because i know that my account is on track...
