lost of furniture

<p>I bought a sofa about 2 years ago last year a I had a ascendent with it which I was guilty of I contacted them and aske them to fixed it please after about 2 month's I have to pay 550 rand fore the reaper,which was some were last year,when they delivered it they damage it so I sent it back and they say that they will fixed it ,and asked me fore the contract fore the insurance because they are going through a changed of companies I give them I can't even remember how many times I phone and asked them wat is going on ,I am paying a lot of money fore half a sofa and had many problems with them the new manager are also not really cooperating,i phone and leaving messages and never get a response of work been done about my sofa ,I went last weak and aske the manager were is my sofa he don't even know and and promise he will found out and contact me he never did ,it is not nice telling my friend's and family is am stil waiting fore them but I have to pay every month and know they do not even know were it is ,I am really sorry but I'm very ashamed with the service I got from them the he'd offenses what me to go to them and do there job fore them ,I also have a work to do and can't go up and down fore nothing ,and really why should I,it is now more than a year and still no sofa and don't know wat else to do there are absolutely no cooperation from them.</p>
