Lies about same day delivery

My name is Frank Tebogo Manyama, No fear no favour The worst customer service I've ever received from the manager herself,just a mere phone call to the client was a problem for her Bears or Lewis please employ experienced personnel that Conny woman whom you call store manager she is one useless if not unprofessional manager.

You promise clients lies,you say same day delivery but there's no such i have to do follow ups on the purchase i did three days ago but yet you lie to us saying same day delivery. During my visit at the store while busy assisting me she was as well busy on her cell phone what so unprofessional as the store manager .

Lies after lies after lies by this branch the Kempton Park Bears branch is a no go area. The only person who showed some profession was the lady who approached me when entering the store Mathapelo a very understanding individual.

But as for your so called store manager you forever loose customers if you keep people like her as the leader. Why lie to me why does she act like a saint after i called the store. She promised to call me and never did she even asked if i am able to answer calls at work and i told her yes i work as a driver my phone is always on me.

I really don't want anything to do with that store anymore
