Lies

I bought a fridge and an laptop for the Lewis stores in Pretoria North on 29/01/2022. The sales person said my fridge has a repair term of 3 years and laptop 2 years but it won't be repaired if I physically damage the products. I took the laptop in on 11/02/2023 as it stopped working. After a month of pleading I'm told the laptop isn't under warranty anymore and now I'm without laptop, was **** to regarding repairs to get me to buy the laptop and now I feel like my laptop was *******ly taken from me by Lewis Pretoria North and I was deliberately **** to. I'm taking this matter to the saps for further investigation and ombudsman and newspapers to name and shame Lewis Pretoria North. I need my laptop back now and a written apologies for delivering the products after more than a week in 2022 and deliberately **** to me regarding warranty and extremely poor service.
