Lies!!!

<p>I went to the store to buy a bed. After choosing a bed I asked the lady helping me if the had stock in the shop. She rep**** yes its in the store room. Wonderful so I paid and said that I want to load the bed as I have my own transport. She told me that I must go to the manager so that she can speak with me. She informed me that the bed is not there and that they must go collect it at the store room and will contact me as soon as it arrives after I paid. I also explained that I have guests visting that night and that I needed the bed the same day. I was assured that I would receive the goods which I paid for in full. At 2pm I called the store to ask what time I can collect the bed.Manager said its still on its way. Still waiting after 4 pm I went to the store and still no bed. She phoned the driver and he was still 1hour drive from the store. I requested a refund but was told they can't refund only head office can give a refund but promised that the bed will be delivered at my house after 5pm. I agreed but received a call from the manager at 5:30 pm saying they dont have my bed. I will NEVER AGAIN buy anything from Lewis. I want my money back. You have *********** workers and poor service. You **** to me just to take my money. Im not intrested in any stories..just pay me back my money</p>
