**** about delivery - No care

I bought a bed for cash in Lewis Parow at 182 Voorttekker road. I bought the bed around 9am and that took me almost an hour when I was the only customer in the shop. They were clearly not ready for the day at 915am. I had to pay for my purchase in their sister store next door, best home and electric after which I was promised same day paid delivery. It was agreed upon that delivery will be made after 2pm today.

After receiving no expected delivery call, I called the shop to enquire about my delivery around 430pm and I was assured it would be delivered today. I called again at 550pm to enquire and I was told they would deliver 'soon' today and my delivery would be first since I live just 5 minutes behind the Lewis store in Parow. The time is now 11pm and I have not yet received my bed. Worse, they never bothered to call to notify me on the status of the delivery. This unacceptable and very unprofessional conduct from Lewis store. What a let down. This will not be my go to shop again.
