LEWIS WORST SERVICE/ PRODUCT DEFECT

I bought Anastasia lounge from Lewis in 2020 worth R14 000 cash, 2 years down the line they are sagging and breaking. I trusted the store so much I'm so disappointed, what makes the whole experience even more worse is the fact that when I went to report the couches in one of their branches in carletonville amethyst the consultant Vincent who was assisting me gave me attitude saying "were you expecting them to last forever?" and that he was not there when I bought the couches. Even when I emphasise that it's unfair that I paid so much for something only for it to be broken a few years later he still emphasises that there was no way that they would last forever. I'm disappointed in the service he provided me with, I have never felt disrespected and insulted in that way
