Lewis - worst service ever... STAY AWAY , DON'T BUY FROM LEWIS !!!!!!!!!

Hi , Lewis Pretoria North has got the most ******** staff I have ever seen in my life , they make false promises ( Jenny -Sales ) , and the branch manager just ignores any problems regarding boken brand new leather lounge suite .

I opened an account with Lewis Pta North in February 2019 , I bought a leather lounge suite wich I had to threaten Lewis that I am going to close my account because they don't deliver my lounge suite .

On delivery 2weeks later , I received a broken set , I notified the branch that they have given me a broken set which then took another week and multiple threats to cancell my account to get replaced by yet another faulty set.

I spoke to Jenny on many occasions regarding this matter and I was made the one false promise after the other .

Up untill today which is 27 June 2019 I am still struggling to resolve the problem.

I am sorry to say this , but I am going to close my account with Lewis and I will never do bussiness with these bull****ters ever again.
