Lewis will not fix my stuff

<p>Good day after purchasing my lounge suit from lewis we noticed that there was a factory error on the side of the couch was damaged. I then contacted the store and advised them of the problem. The couches were picked up eventually and returned even worse and the problem was not fixed. Because of this I advised them I not willing to pay for something that is damaged .the manager advised me that they will send an inspector out to day no one has.I want my couches fixed or a diccount on my purchase.</p>
