Lewis what a joke of people working there

I'm trying to speak to someone at the Ottosdal branch regarding my domestic workers account but they said I should talk to Yvonne but she is off sick. Today I phoned again an now she is no longer working there. The other people that is working at the branch don't really have a clue of what is going on an cannot assist me. I spoke to a lady at the accounts but she had no clue as I asked the question on the interest and settlement and all she can say is okay.

I need to find out what is the settlement on the account but I don't live in Ottosdal, so how can I do this with people not even being able to assist over the phone.
