Lewis Wellington bullying

I am so disgusted with Lewis Wellington. Just got a call from them and the way that lady spoke to me is completely unacceptable. I can't believe this is how they speak to their clients. Literally speaking to me like one of her children. I've been a client of Lewis for nearly five years. Always loyal and making sure to keep my account up to date. What right do they have to treat their clients so terrible. I couldn't take it any more and put the phone down in her ear. She have the audacity to call me back and ask me why did I do that. That was utter bullying on their behalf. I am not leaving it hear. If they don't know how to speak to clients then they should get the necessary training on customer service. I am definitely taking this further.
