Lewis WATERGATE

Good Day

I had an incident prior with Lewis watergate that i escalated and was promised it was never going to happen again. My name is Thabisa , i have an account overdue buy them , the last time while i was not working they came to my house on Saturday morning ,we were still sleeping so the gate was locked,they banged ,shouting outside my name , mind you i have neighbours and kids at home.

forcing for an installment immediately , at that time we were laid at work , they again came to my house and the kids apparently told the i was at work , and mind you i am still using my number contactable on it , i have an email adress , they cross questioned my kids , threatening them , wanting their phones for them to contact me.

with customers that have problems what is the process of the company?? is rudeness , threats , violating one of them?? Surely there is a procedure to be followed for non payments or wanting to hear what might be the problem and try to rehabilitate either than harassing because of commission

I will not again tolerate your behaviour , i will take it further , even worse managers are doing this nonsense
