Lewis warrenton, a ****!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner that bought a 19kg washing machine, a few months later it gave her problems. Lewis gave her run arounds to fetch and fix the machine, when they did it took months to return. Now the same machine has a similar problem and my mother went to the store five times already, they have not yet collected the machine. On top of all the problems she's experiencing, the bed she bought has a huge hole on the mattress.. she reported but Lewis has not sent anyone to at least check or fetch the bed. She eventually decided not to pay her installment and they threatened her with sky high arrears on the account
