Lewis vredenburg terrible

Lewis stores vredenburg... i am disgusted. Recently my wife and i had a child and she was put on maternity leave. We have been waiting for U.I.F to pay out so that we can pay our account, after calls every day even up to 4 times a day and late in the evening and explaining to them our situation they send men to our house that claimed to my wife "we are here to collect our money" and telling her " why must we phone you so much are there problems" i just had enough. I do not have an account at lewis but they phone me repeatedly, i was so upset when i got the last call from them that i was very rude on the phone. I took my wife to lewis today 07 march 2020 to go and make a payment on her account and to go and apologise for my actions, when my wife went into the shop an employee (the one that spoke to me on the phone) Linda Van Onselen belittled me infront of my wife saying that someone else must help her because i am "F@kken ombeskof" i immediately asked for the head office number to lodge a complaint when she started shouting at me from afar infront of everyone in the shop. Saying "i must take her name" "i must call the gm" "shes not scared" and many other obscenities. I find this very unacceptable. I am not a child and defnately not her child. She may be the area manager of lewis but she is absolutely nothing to me. I feel sorry for her collegues that work under her as i could see how uncomfortable the were while she was shouting at me and having her childish fit.
