Lewis Upington - Worst Store Ever

I bought a TV from Lewis last year and about 5 months ago, the screen all of a sudden doesn't seem to work on the one half of the TV. I went to Lewis in Upington to request that they pick up the TV and fix it, because it is still under warranty. The Manager had a lot of attitude, telling me how use to it he is, that they only get complaints, and that I should go and watch "7 de Laan" at my neighbor's house. I went to Lewis Upington on a weekly basis since May 2018 to try and get them to fix my Tv, that is still under warranty and they still take my money every month, but I can not use the TV, because it is broken. I've never been this disappointed in a store. I think Lewis is the worst furniture store in the world. They only care about selling stuff, but not about customer care.
