Lewis untrusted

I send a complain about Lewis Store 2 weeks ago,and the head office contact me and promised to re fund.They ask me to send them my ID and proof of banking details and I did.But up until today theres no refund.The gave me the reference 613338.And now the don't to respond to my emails.please help
