Lewis trying cover there ass with the wrong full dismissal with staff

Hello world I was a employe of lewis stores untill i was hijacked on the 26 -02-18 in mfulenie where i was gun point and the african guy pulled the tregar of the gun and lucky for me it was not my day to die the gun jamed 3 times infront of my head and the lord was with me that was around about 4:45 so my ram at that time from branch 246 Mr Levvy and the coleag Denzil came to me and my asistent rescue after we where hijacked so i had to make a case of arm******* at bluedowns police station after that was done i went back to the brach at about 7:30 to 8:00pm so i got in to my car and went home so the following morning I went to the doctor because I couldn't sleep and my doctor put me of from work and after the doc I went to the branch to go speak to the manager Mr Ivvan solemans but the best of it all is he as a manager didn't ask me how I'm feeling or anything like that instead he ask me what's the number of stikland impound because he need to get the Bakkie of the company so that the busnes can go on and as i was promis counciling from the manager Ivvan it neva hapend so i phoned head office and spoke to HR department jacko he told me if my mangar dont sort it out i must then speak to my RC Mrs Debbie ferriera so I did so on the 21-03-18 and she promised me that she was going to sort it out the counciling and she will get back to me on the 23-03-2018 but Neva did so and I voice recorded her as she promised me that she will sort out my counciling but insted the manager of the branch with the RC Mrs Debbie ferriera and HR Harry Duffy went to go put me in a hearing witch i didnt àtent on the 18-04-2018 where the manager aprotch me in the road and ask me to sign i displenery hearing in the road not instore so i didnt atand the hearing to know what was the out come but on the 14-05-2018 only to fine out i was unfaly dismised was not right but im going to the media and im going to the CCMA and gone take them to court with a leagal aid lawer and sue lewis store for what I went true almost dead because of a second hand bed the must go read the imploy act and see how the management and RC and HR treat ther staff
