Lewis through their **** called VVM debt consultants ****med me. I had an account with lewis stores that eventually went overdue to financial constraints, as soon as I fixed my financial situation I called them to make an arrangement to pay off my account. I started in July 2024 paying R2100 in Dec I was able to pay off the remaining balance of R11000. Initially when I made this arrangement I was told that my account will be settled and my credit bereau status would be changed as well to show that it's paid. Account was settled on Dec 19th but until today I'm being sent from pillar to post just to receive my paid up letter and have my credit score cleared. I have on different occasions spoken to different consultants on WhatsApp and on the phone and all of them start off by not knowing what's happening with my account then tell me they will escalate the matter. its been 3 months of escalation and the same rehe****d response from all consultants.
