Lewis, the worse retail store ever

I bought couches 2 months ago from Lewis stores in Jan Kemp dorp.when sitting on them you go right through. I laid a complaint with the store and a lady by the name of Dinah helped me, very rude and dropped the phone on me when I became irretated because I want new couched or my money back because I paid cash for it. I was told they will repair the couches. I did not buy second hand couches that is why I want new ones or my money back. I also laid a complaint at the head office in cape Town and they also agree that the couches should be repaired. This is the worse company and the worse staff they employ, they rude to their customers and does not give a damn about who put food on their tables
