I am really sorry to say this but the people working at Lewis Alberton do not know what customer service is, i called the manager to inform her, Her name is Elizabeth that her consultants are doing ***** things and are not following the law, She tells me she does not have to talk to me i must talk to legal so she is in cahoots with them cos the consultant has to act on instruction from the manager, Listen to this on a Saterday the one consultant calls a client and says they must come and pay she will be waiting at Shoprite for them how can you ask a client to com and pay you at Shoprite when your offices are in the same place, If i do not get a call from someone in Lewis head office i am going to make this the next news bulletin, You should tell your consultants that they should learn to respect other people, We are educated and we have occupations they can not make things good for Lewis,If you value your companies brand contact me i have questions that need answers.
