If you're looking for the worst service you could possibly get buy your furniture at Lewis, Protea Glen. Worst experience ever. Firstly, they sell bad quality products, secondly they just don't have any sense of urgency, that's just not acceptable. I wish there was a 0 star rating because that's actually what they truly deserve.

I bought a couch and payed in cash on Friday 21st and it was delivered the following afternoon. Upon delivery, the couch was filthy, I'm not sure if they clean their storerooms or not but hey... The plastic used to cover it was bad as hell, felt like I was unwrapping something I found in a dustbin. The couch is just the worst quality I've never seen. Fabric looks old, damn thing looked like it was returned 3 times coz of dissatisfaction.

I requested that I have it returned and get my money back coz I just can't use this thing. Head office is more useless than the branch, no one really cares about having my issue resolved. The couch was supposed to be collected yesterday, I got stories that drivers are delivering somewhere else outside Soweto so they'll come Tuesday morning. Guess what, they just called to tell me they took the van for servicing. What kind of store only has 1 vehicle to deliver goods. ? What about their same day delivery promise? Are the people that are going to buy products today getting the same excuses? Car is being serviced? Are you kidding me? This is such an inconvenience really.

Lewis, Y'all had better do something about this nonsense, I can't have it!!!
