lewis taking my money and not paying me bac****!

hi

i just want to lay a complaint against this people lewis stores has been fooling me around since last year and till this day i am still struggling with this people.

my account was paid up November last year and i have emailed them the paid up letter and they are still debiting my account for no reason, i spoke to a the legal team at the head office spoke to the store already and this people keep on asking for the same documents and till today they keep telling me they have not received it and the month end come they deduct from my account again, i spoke to so much people and they either not willing to assist me or they know they catching on **** and failing to do the job to fix the mess they created.

i do not know what to do anymore i went to the bank to stop this debits they doing the bank noted they have done a block and they cant do anything as lewis needs to do it im not sure what to do to clear my name on this as i sent all letters showing i am done and cleared and they not responding to anything.

anyone please advise what to do please?
