Lewis takes advantage of people for money not owed

If I could I would rate them -2 stars.. I had the worst experience with Lewis in Randfontein...When I was phoned by them to find out when I will be paying my account, I was given the amount of R2035.00 as outstanding amount. I then went and paid R2040.00 to close the account and requested a paid up letter. A week later another person phoned me to find out when I was going to pay and when I told them I settled the account they said ok they apologize and will send me the paid up letter. But yet again 2weeks later I was phoned to be told that there is another R900 and something rand outstanding.. when I yet again told them that I settled the account the lady got extremely rude and arrogant with me... I have not received a statement in over 2years and just kept paying what they told me to pay, this is disgusting service and they are Taking advantage of people
