Lewis take double debt orders every month it's *****

double debt order that was taken on the 25 November 2021, I went to the Lewis boksburg store so that it can be refunded, the admin lady give me an attitude and told me it's not her mistake, I ask her to fix it because it's my rent money, and she scan and mail it to account, the admin lady told me that my money will be back in my account by 18h00 on the 26 November 2021, and still today the money it's not paid in my account and this is not the first time this is happening, there are month's that they phone me continuesly and say that the debt order didn't go off and I send them the proof but still arresting me.

I want this debt order to be canceled and I will go to the store to pay myself, I can't take this *********** of the staff, and please let my money be paid back into my account still today because I'm overdue on my rental payment.

I will escalate this to HELLO PETER and social media if this is not resolved before 01 December 2021 my last rental date.
