LEWIS STRORE PROTEA GARDENS MALL
I am so not happy with this store I regret taking a washing machine from them! They are so heartless! I was admitted in hospital and their consultant Thandi kept sending me messages while in hospital asking for money. I hate that Protea Gardens branch I even called the manager explaining my situation and he told me that they will collect the washing machine as I have missed this one month payment.
How can they be so inconsiderate? I regret taking their stuff and won't advise anyone to buy from Lewis ever! They are the DEVILS with no HUMANITY!!

12 Feb 2025, 08:26I know that no one will call me from Lewis Protea Gardens mall, even that rude manger himself! If I did'nt install that washing machine I was going to let them come and collect it.
They think I don't know my rights as a consumer that is why they treating me like dirt. Please people stop buying furniture from Lewis all their staff members are rude they were not taught CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They are all so heartless especially that Thandi and his manager. They think they own Lewis!
