LEWIS STORES,PROFIT BASED NOT CUSTOMER BASED

I had a bad experience with lewis store Giyani (big branch),I bought bed and robe on credit,the bed unfortunately didn't wait for long before it had a hole on the mattress which I believe was caused by the mattress cover they sprayed on it before use.Im working far from home,so I couldn't get time to pass by the branch and lay a report,but when I finally did,they promised to call me after a week to fix it and until today,I'm still waiting.when they need you to pay,they call non-stop,but when is a customer on the cry,they turn a blind eye🙄.All in all,they have lost a customer in me🤞
