Lewis stores will take you to debt collection even though you’re paying your account!

Lewis stores is a ****! I have been paying my account every month conservatively without any missed payments. I then got a call from Karabo from ADRS debt collectors. I was surprised when I got this call because I have been paying my account on time every time. When I spoke to this consultant and showed him my slips and debt order notifications proving that I have been making payments he went MIA. I will be taking this further and I advise anyone who wants to open an account with Lewis to be very cautious. Again I will be taking this further because they are messing up my credit record.

From my understanding you are taken to a debt collection agency when you have stopped making payments and haven’t made any payment arrangements. I have fortunately been doing that but I have been taken to a collection agency. How?
