Lewis Stores, what a disgrace

I bought a L-shape lounge suite from Lewis stores at their ShopRite Park Parow branch. Within the last 12 months or so it has been sent back 5 times including today to have the same problem fixed but it just keeps on coming back with the same problem. No actual help from staff or headquarters. The previous time it was taken away, the driver didn't even make notes as to what was wrong so how can they fix something that they don't even know what's wrong? The problem started within the first couple of months after the lounge suite was bought but I'm now told it's out of the 1 year guarantee period. But the problem started long before the guarentee expired. Disgrace and unprofessional customer service. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to ever deal with Lewis Stores. Especially not their ShopRite Park Parow branch.
