Lewis Stores wants me to pay for an item i never got

I am not happy with this store in 2019 December I bought a stove and a seg plug from lewis 110 Joseph Nduli St, Durban Central, Durban, 4000 and I told them I did not get my seg plug till today and I just called them and I told them that I no longer want it because clearly, you guys don't want to give it to me, what I want y'all to do is remove it from my account and its interest for the past year then I can settle my account and they told me I need to pay for it even though I did not get it of witch that is something I will never do
