Lewis stores *****ulent behavior

This is not my first terrible encounter with Lewis stores, I am sure that they are violating the rights of consumers with the way they are conducting their business, my mother took a fridge at one of their stores in Potchefstroom, she never slipped a payment, and the came to reposes the fridge claiming that she owes them, When I went to them with proof of payment, they told me that , their speed point of nupay made a mistake and they paid for someone else, and now we swiped the card for them to deduct the money , they are not deducting, and they came again wanting to reposes
