LEWIS STORES - ********* TRADING

I went into Debt review with a debt counselling company in October 2024. My first instalment was due November 2024. LEWIS STORES was one of my creditors I had. My purchase with them was over 12 months. The 5 months before debt review all their payments were made in full and on time. Notification to them was sent in October 2024 that they should stop debiting my account as I am now under debt review. I had a personal phone call with them in October as well to advise that their payment will now come from the Debt Review company. LEWIS went ahead anyway and debited my account again 25 November 2024 knowing they shouldnt. They then promised a refund which at 14th December 2024 I still have not received. And to top it all to my frustrating dismay LEWIS goes ahead and does another deduction from my bank account on 14 December 2024 knowing clearly this is not allowed. So now I am out of pocket for two months and LEWIS receives double payments for the two months and no one is doing a refund to me. LEWIS STORES can you please refund both my payments.
