Lewis stores takes advantage of people!!!!

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my domestic worker. She has an account with Lewis stores and monthly pays her instalments, but every month the statement shows she is in arrears??? She pays on time and even pays more than the instalment due, but she just doesn't get ahead. Something just doesn't add up and I want an answer immediately from Lewis stores. They are ruthless and take advantage from people with low income. This is the only way they are able to buy necessary furniture like a bed! <br> The principal debt was R 7362.96 with an instalment of R450 per month for 36 months.
