Lewis stores super bad customer care

Lewis service is terrible! lydenburg branch does not answer phone calls, headoffice number also not working. why do you try to debit my account each month earlier? my debit date is 25th? now im being chared R110 rand each time a debit does not go through but i signed for the 25th? im not getting assistance anywhere!!!! how can you treat customers this way? Who is going to pay for these services???
