LEWIS STORES CONTINUES TO CAUSE ME FRASTRATIONS WITH THEIR *********** STAFF WHO HAVE FAILED DISMALLY WITH FLYING COLORS TO DO WHAT I HAVE REQUESTED. LEWIS STORES IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVVY AT ALL. THE CALLCENTRE STAFF AND ADMIN ARE USELESS AND FAIL TO TAKE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS.
