Lewis stores - stay away from these ********

I have never been so disappointed in a store! I have logged a complaint end of April about the bed I bought in January that already has a dent at the edge and the springs that you can literally hear retracting when weight is app**** on the bed. Up to this day NO ONE has the decency to contact me with regards to exchanging the bed! I have to call the store or head office to ask what they are doing with regards to my complaint! I am paying for trash to be honest, because my old bed of 9 years was in better shape!

Lewis has no regard or respect for their customers! You lack professionalism and customer service skills! You are a bunch of ********! During this trying time in our country you still see it acceptable to take our money and not giving us what we pay for!

Its so frustrating to get what you pay for from Lewis! I hope this review will bring some light to my complaint!
