Lewis Stores Somerset East

Poor customer service from the staff received at Lewis Stores Somerset East. No feedback regarding a complaint since 2020. Money was paid(excess) but complaint not completed still waiting for my base t be delivered. They also threaten me that deal will be cancelled if payment is not made but payment was not yet due and I paid double the installment amount. Sales Lady "Betty" very arrogantly and blames Head Office for everything but when they want the deal they are the nicest people. Stock Clerk "Elton" also not providing any feedback on complaint as he is never available.
