LEWIS STORES - SERVICE and FURNISHER STINKS.

My mother has bought furnisher at Lewis Stores (Sofas) and when it arrived the couches had burned marked and scratches on it, it looked worse then second hand couches. When she called the store she purchased the couches form they said they will collect it and bring a new set, this is also when she found out that the couches she received was used as a display set in a certain store (so it was literally SECOND HAND). Trying to call the Lewis Head Office over ten time today and they keep on cutting the call. I cant believe one can receive such STINKY service form such a big corporation, that they would take advantage of older people like this. This is unacceptable. I would not advise anyone to ever purchase anything at LEWIS STORES, save yourself and your family the trouble.
