I've just experienced the worst customer service at the Saldanha bay Branch.... The employee that couldn't help me with the TV warranty so my husband contacted the supplier himself. When I phoned the store to inform them that the supplier said the employee became arrogant and hang up the phone in my ear... I'm so ****ed off I dont ever want to deal with this company ever again
