2 years back I took some stuff from this store in which one of the items never arrived so they decided to transfer the amount paid on that items to the rest of the items. (Keep in mind I never received the amount)

Shortly after that I took a sound system from them. The previous account is now overpaid and they want to do the same.Keep in mind I'm almost done with the sound system and they want to do this without my permission saying their policy don't allow them to give refunds.

Lewis stores I want my money back just like you want your stuff back when there is a missing payment.

And they also tried to rip me off by saying I still owed on that account and I have the prove.
