Lewis Stores ruined my holiday plans

Bought fridge and home theatre system on 14/09/2018, lewis store in welkom Boitumelo junction mall Thabong. It has not been delivered even today 01/10/2018, I called the head office on 28/09/2018 and they said they will get back to me but nothing has been done. Even called the store manager and promised that the goods will be delivered Monday 01/10/2018 but nothing. The worst part is I had to cancel my holiday booking as I waited for the delivery which I don't know when is coming, lewis waisted my money as 50% of my booking was non refundable. The instalments is due next month and my goods not yet delivered.
