Lewis stores refused to pay insurance claim

I have been fighting a neverending battle with this store following to my insurance claim.

After many fights I finally receive a response from the claims department and my application is declined, reason being I had earned a percentage of my salary that was due to me when the Covid19 pandemic lockdown began. For this reason I would understand my 1 installment not being covered by the insurance. The rest of the months up till today I have not earned a salary as my company is still closed due to high risk, I have been depending on the uif which I've only received 1 payment ever since.

I fail to understand why will this company not cover the other months where I'm earning no salary???

When you try to contact this people one person seems to be on the same page as you and transfers you to the next who never seem to answer. It's like you dont know what to do but you have been paying for this service for a long time for times like this.

I'm not gonna give up, I will escalate this to court if need be.
