Lewis Stores Randburg (POOR SERVICE DELIVERY)

Purchased 2 items at Lewis Stores in Lichtenburg on the 9th of January 2025. Their service was exceptional in a way that the following day they delivered the bed at my mother's address in Bodibe. We arranged a dom service for the fridge to be delivered in Johannesburg (Riverside View) and the nearest store is in Randburg. I was assured that the delivery would be on Monday

Lewis Stores in Randburg made no contact to me regarding the delivery, I had to make means as a customer to call the Lichtenburg branch to find out what is going on and I was told there is miscommunication but the delivery would be today. Again I had to call the Lichtenburg branch today and was told the manager at Lewis Randburg declined the delivery because they don't have enough delivery cars. Is it really the customer's problem that you don't have transportation as an organization ?

The Lichtenburg branch organized to transport the fridge from North West to Johannesburg whereas the Randburg branch closest to me declined the delivery

That is very poor and unacceptable service from the Randburg, I would not recommend any of my friends and family to purchase at the Randburg branch
