Lewis stores pushing people to dig the whole deeper

Hi my name joemina moos i bought a lg cj98 sound system by them in 5 months subwoofers blown so they say they dont insured speakers but last year November my whole place burndown sent them the fire report their debit order went off r656 like i arrange with them now today the 25th jan 2022 they come for a balance cause my full amount is r920 im paying for a sound system i dont have anymore atleast im paying them something but too say i must a plan for the balance while i already made arrangements by one off the people in store now they want cash and the debit went off what must i do now cause i cant go loan money to pay an account its not right
