The most disappointing and angering customer service. They assure customers that their products are top tier when they know otherwise so that they can get a sale out of you. Once you communicate any issues with this company they go radio silent. They do not follow up in any way, shape or form. They do not send an agent to your property for their faulty products but they will send agents for any outstanding balances on your account. The one star rating is way to much to even be giving them because my experience has been nothing short of disgusting.
