Lewis stores play with custemors

Good day my name is barend janse van Rensburg i have a bad exprience with lewis i bought stuff there some time last year in march day said i missed a payment and they put me up for bad credit it got resolved after about 4 months and again the same storie happend in December i cant understand its paid on there computers but its not up to date at head office please help me to sort this out
