Lewis Stores Phila Mall is a ****!
We bought a kitchen unit at Lewis Store Phola Mall on 11 December 2023. They delivered a different unit that we did not pay for the following day. My sister went to the store to sort it out. When my sister ask why they delivered what she didn't pay for, the cashier said she thought that we would like it. Who does that? My sister was at the store on the 12th and they said they will send a transport to collect it but until today, they haven't. Today, it is the 16th and they still haven't collected their kitchen unit. I talked to the manager who kept lying about transport being closer and on his way to collect the unit. The manager stopped taking my calls, he is ignoring my calls.

You asked my sister to send you bank statement and said you will refund her withing 30 days. 4 months later, there is still no refund and you keep giving her the run around. If my sister does not receive her 10k refund by the end of this month we opening a case because this is clearly *****!
