Lewis Stores Parow

I'm very disgusted with Lewis Stores Parow. I brought a cupboard with the in May. I assemble the cupboard while I was at work. when I came out of work, I see my whole cupboard is loose. I tried to contact them hey keep on telling me they going to get back to me up until today I'm paying every month for a damn broken cupboard.
