Lewis Stores-Number dont exist-Bad quality furniture

I bought a 4 piece lounge suite at Lewis stores on 10 August 2020 cash. They delivered it the same day. We are more at work than home. One evening when we sat one of the chairs for the first time my husband discovered that it is very unstable and saw the one leg of the chair is not properly fitted when we checked it. We tried to contact the store on the number on the invoice *** but the number does not exist. There is also no email address that we can use to get hold of someone. My husband works on Saturdays so we cant get there and on Sundays they are closed. It is almost 2 months we had this lounge suite and although we dont sit on it frequently you can see it is definitely not going to last very long. I am very disappointed that a trusted furniture company sells such bad quality goods. Our hard earned savings money for something that we thought will last for years. Not happy. On the side arm railings you can even feel the wood just under the material. We were so excited when the sales lady showed us this set in our price range just to now discover this bad quality.
