Lewis stores /Lewis emoyeni

I have an account at Lewis which is abit behind but I have been paying it, I paid R2000 in April. Today I got harassed at work by your credit manager, they said they have tried calling me of which I have never even received their call. I am so much disgusted about this to say the least as I have been a very loyal customer of Lewis for many years. I would never recommend Lewis to any of my friends and family or any one for that matter and I will be taking this further to the consumer ombudsman because I feel I have been violated.
