LEWIS STORES LENASIA VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor customer service. My husband and I had an account with Lewis we paid up and they called us again basically pressured/rushed us to take credit as they said it would expire if we didn't take that day. Fine we took somethings of which we had to run around phoning after them to arrange delivery. Once goods were delivered we requested to change bank details to discovery Bank they told us they could not because they don't work with discovery. The debit order was unsuccessful. TK the store manager for Lewis in lenasia then had the nerve to harass my husband at his work place even came to our with two trucks demanding the money and told us if we did not pay he will take the goods back to the store. We paid him in cash and then continued paying at the store the month thereafter. Last week I requested for someone to assist with assembling the bunk beds to date no one contacted me Lewis advised that they have give our details to the guy who assembles but when we call they guy he advised that he has received nothing. To date no response from the manager TK.. this is very bad customer service it is absolutely disgusting
